This farmhouse is located in the estate at 100 meters from the medieval village and enjoys a panorama of the Chianti hills and olive groves of the farm establishment from all its rooms.

The house is friendly and luminous and decorated with antique furniture, kilim carpets and every modern comforts. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with fireplace, a sitting room, a large kitchen, a dining room and a loggia which offers the possibility to dine outside.
An old staircase takes you up to the second floor, where there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The flat Il Poggio, which is found on the ground floor of the villa, has a private entrance, with one double bedroom, two single sofa beds, kitchenette, bathroom with shower.
Olive groves and intimate atmosphere, stunning private pool (and gym!), are the perfect settings for your holiday in Tuscany!

In the morning, on request (€ 15/adult and € 10/kids) , you can enjoy our breakfats buffet in the “Cantina di Machiavelli”. We serve fresh products, homemade cakes, fresh fruit, juice, muesli and yogurt.
